Wilt

wet wood

Galls
galls are abnormal growths on the leaves or twigs that can be caused by and incest or parasitic fungus that are feeding on the tree if it is a fungal infection the the cure will be a copper and sulpher based spray applied throughout the growing season or if it is mite then a aphid targeted insecticide one a month should clear the infestation
Mould
Moulds can look very unsightly but rarely does it damage the tree unless it starts to shroud the limb. mould are spread by honeydew excreating insects that provide the food for the moulds to grow as such use of a pestiside / insecticide combined with manual removal is the best cure
